Carnegie Foundation releases state-by-state list of CBE possibilites in place across the nation

The Carnegie Foundation has been following the CBE work.  They recently released a list of advances toward CBE. 

Only New Hampshire completely eliminated the Carnegie unit.  Iowa is in the second category, along with 28 other states--can use CBE or the Carnegie unit.
